Eligibility – Any viewer 18 years of age and older can play, and must  reside in the WLAX/WEUX FOX 25/48 viewing area, which consist of the following Wisconsin counties: Barron, Buffalo, Chippewa, Clark, Crawford, Dunn, Eau Claire, Grant, Jackson, Juneau, La Crosse, Marathon, Monroe, Pepin, Richland, Rusk, Sauk, Taylor, Trempealeau, Vernon, Wood; the following Minnesota counties:  Fillmore, Houston, Olmsted, Wabasha, Winona and the following Iowa counties: Allamakee and Winneshiek) .   Employees of WLAX/WEUX-TV FOX 25/48 and all subsidiaries, franchises, adverting agencies, fulfillment companies, printers, distributors and mailers and their immediate families (including spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) or members of the same household of each are not eligible to play.  The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.  The term “non-family members” include boyfriends, girlfriends, roommates or tenants at the same address.

How to Enter – Viewers must log onto www.fox2548.com and click on the “MODERN FAMILY TRIVIA CONTEST” button on the Fox 25/48 contest page in order to register between September 23rd, 2013 through September 27th at 11:59 pm.  Only one entry per person per day will be accepted.  Players must submit their full names, full mailing address, phone, and email address and answer to the trivia question. Entries that are not legible or complete will be disqualified.  Players can win only one daily prize over the duration of the contest.              

How to Play – On Monday, September 23rd, 2013 through Friday September 27th, 2013 Fox 25/48 will show a trivia question in the 6pm “Modern Family”.  If the viewer knows the answer to the trivia question, they must log onto the “MODERN FAMILY TRIVIA CONTEST” contest site at www.fox2548.com and enter the correct answer.  Viewers have until midnight (12am) to enter the correct answer.  On Friday, September 27th, viewers have until 11:59 pm to enter the correct answer.  The following day (Monday in the case of the Friday quiz) one correct entry will be randomly selected and will be declared a daily winner. Daily winners will be announced the following day (Monday in the case of the Friday quiz) during the 5:30 pm “Modern Family” and on Fox 25/48 Facebook Page. Odds of winning depend on the number of registered qualifying names.  Winners will be notified by mail to come and pick up their prizes at Fox 25 studios, 1305 Interchange Place or Fox 48 studios, 3403 Hwy 93, Suite 3, Eau Claire depending on their location.  Winners have 30 days to claim their prize or it will be forfeited.   

General Conditions – No purchase necessary.  WLAX/WEUX FOX 25/48 will not be responsible for loss of service to internet due to power loss, service interruption or any other reason that may prevent any individual from completing his/her entry.  If for technical reasons the daily contest does not air, the website is not functioning or no daily winner has registered, no winner or prizing will be awarded for that day.  Decisions of WLAX/WEUX Fox 25/48 shall be final and binding.  Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.  By entering, each contestant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising and promotion in connection with the contest.  WLAX/WEUX Fox 25/48 makes no warranty, representation or agreement that any videotape or likeness of the winners will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner.  The winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and/or publicity release and any other documentation that WLAX/WEUX Fox 25/48 requires.  Void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state and local laws apply.  WLAX/WEUX Fox 25/48, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, and the officers, directors, employees, licensees and assignees of each accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize awarded hereunder.  WLAX/WEUX FOX 25/48 reserves the right to revise and update the rules without advance notice.
