HOW TO PLAY:  Watch “The Big Bang Theory” on WLAX/WEUX-TV Monday-Friday, April 30thth, 2012 through Friday, May 18th, 2012 (Monday – Friday) 6:30-7pm.  Look for the daily word or phrase.  Then listen to WQCC radio in LaCrosse or WIAL radio in Eau Claire the following day (Mondays for the Friday contests) for the que to call with the correct daily word or phrase.  The  5th correct caller will be declared the  daily winner .  If there is no winner on a specific day or days, or due to technical difficulties the contest does not air, prizes will NOT be added to the next day’s contest and the contest duration will not be extended. Contest runs April 30th, 2012-May 18th, 2012.

PRIZES:
Daily prize is two (2) general admission tickets to the Freedom Fest on Saturday June 16th, 2012 at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse campus plus a$50 gas card          (Value) $108

Grand Prize is a $250 gas card in La Crosse and $250 gas card in Eau Claire
(Grand Prize winner must fill out a form W-9 if prize value exceeds $600).

All prizes will be sent certified mail no later than 3 weeks after the prize has been awarded.

CONDITIONS: By entering this contest each participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules. All decisions made by WLAX/WEUX-TV with respect to this contest are final and binding. Prizes cannot be exchanged. No substitute prizes, except at the discretion of WLAX/WEUX-TV, which may substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater value at any time, for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. By entering, each participant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising and promotion in connection with the contest. Each participant understands that no compensation will be given for such use (where legal). WLAX/WEUX-TV makes no warranty, representation or agreement that any videotape or likeness of any winner will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner. Void where prohibited by law. All Federal, State and local laws/taxes apply. Winners, by acceptance of the prize, agree to release WLAX-TV/WEUX-TV, Grant Media LLC, Grant Communications Inc. WQCC, LaCrosse Radio Group, WIAL, Maverick Media and their respective agencies, assignees or affiliates from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever from injuries, damages or loss to person and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, enter for and/or use of any prize.

List of winners will be available until 2 weeks after the contest ends. (June 2nd, 2012)

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to participate, viewers must be 18 years of age or older residing in the WLAX/WEUX-TV viewing area (which consist of the following Wisconsin counties: Barron, Buffalo, Chippewa, Clark, Crawford, Dunn, Eau Claire, Grant, Jackson, Juneau, La Crosse, Marathon, Monroe, Pepin, Richland,  Rusk, Sauk, Taylor, Trempealeau, Vernon, Wood; and the following Minnesota counties: Allamakee, Fillmore, Houston, Olmsted, Wabasha, Winnesheik, and Winona)  except employees of the Fox Television Network, WLAX-TV, WEUX-TV,  WQCC, LaCrosse Radio Group, WIAL, Maverick Media and all subsidiaries, franchises, adverting agencies, fulfillment companies, printers, distributors and mailers and their immediate families (including spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) or members of the same household of each.  Only one winner per household.
